    The name of this product is completely misleading as I do not detect any rose fragrance.

    I have never been more disappointed in an on line order. Not only is the fragrance misleading, the customer service was non-existent. I was supposed to receive free shipping and although I emailed Votive's customer service numerous times I have yet to receive a reply and I was billed for the shipping.

    I have purchased Votivo products at a local gift shop and liked them. This, was a very bad experience.
