    Teak reed diffuser

    I cannot get the plug out of the jar. It’s ridiculous I spent all this money and I can’t enjoy my diffuser.

    I suggest you design a new top so everyone can open

    Hi Linda, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so sorry to hear about the trouble removing the Reed Diffuser plug — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. The plug is designed to keep the fragrance oil secure during shipping, but it can be a bit snug at first. We recommend using a butter knife or similar flat tool to gently lift under the edge of the plug and ease it out.

    This is the first time trying the reed diffusers. I don't think they work very well.

    The reed diffuser is not putting out scent as much as I thought they would. So I will not be purchasing them in the future

    NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE

    I have been using Votivo products for 20 + years. Very unique fragrances.

    It is obvious that they have changed the concentrations. They are not as strong and lasting as they used to be its part of the quality they were known for ....sad
