I love Votivo and the Pura, however, the Pura stopped working and working with the app. I was very unhappy as I didn’t want to purchase a new one. I reset it several times however it would not recognize the Votivo insert

I love Votivo products and use the candles and room spray almost exclusively. I tried the Pura but couldn’t control the amount of scent and it was overwhelming. I ended up sending it back to Votivo.
My problem isn’t with Votivo, but the diffuser. I’ll stick with candles from now on!
