I got a new car last week and I know am in the minority who hates the “new car” smell. I love Votivo candles so splurged on a few car fresheners thinking they’d be worth it. They aren’t. I’ve tried two different ones/scents and neither smell whatsoever unless I put them right up to my nose. I thought I had to surely be doing something wrong so double checked the instructions, nope, they just don’t work. Save your money.

I bought two of the Pink Mimosa - Auto Vent Clips which was a waste of money. I put both of them in my car at the same time and couldn’t smell anything.

For the last few years I've been spoiling myself with a $48 fancy car diffuser. I needed to replace it every 1 to 2 months or so. I wanted to save some money so I googled 'luxury car diffusers' and this popped up. I've been using Votivo candles for a very long time but I had no idea they had a car fragrance. Not only was it $10, but I got a free travel candle as well! I have a new love.
